Yirgacheffe has been considered a standard for excellence and complexity in arabica coffee for years. It's known for being jasmine-like when fully washed, beautifully punchy, and sweet, and this coffee expresses that. This is a washed coffee, fermented underwater with regular water replenishments for about 36 hours and then sundried on raised beds for 12 to 15 days.
