Ethiopia Gedeb Worka Sakaro is a lemony, crisp, and floral coffee from the Gedeb region at the base of the famous Rift Valley in Southern Central Ethiopia. This lot is fully washed (wet processed) to highlight the inherent qualities of its indigenous coffee varieties. Look for a medium-light mouthfeel and soft cocoa notes in the finish. We love this coffee hot as well as over ice during the summer months.
